This website is operated by COASTBERRY. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to COASTBERRY. COASTBERRY offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE
  • By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our conditions as listed
  • COASTBERRY reserves the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time without prior notification
  • By purchasing from Coastberry & with the registration of an account, you agree to being automatically subscribed to our mailing list - this includes being notified on our latest promotions, launches, and any other relevant marketing communications. 
  • We recognise the individual rights to protect your personal data, including the rights of access and correction, and the needs of the company to collect, use or disclose personal data for only legitimate and reasonable purposes.
  • All items sold on www.shopcoastberry.com are not related to any other brand/ logo/ group. Any similarity is purely coincidental.

SECTION 2 – ORDER & REFUNDS
  • Amendment to orders are not permitted once it has been placed and confirmed
  • All returns regardless of reason(s) will be only in the form of store credits
  • Changes to colour, design, or size (wherever applicable) are not permitted once order has been confirmed to prevent disruptions to warehouse operations
  • Cancellations and/or refunds due to change of mind or any other invalid reasons are not permitted once an order has been confirmed
  • All items purchased during sale promotion period & backorder items will not be eligible for any exchange, return or refund
  • [Blankets, Bath Towels & Bath Robes] - Please note that due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns/exchange for this specific category of products.

SECTION 3 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES
COASTBERRY reserves all rights to reject any requests for returns / exchanges at our own discretion. 

  • Eligibility for exchanges/ returns:
    • Returns/exchanges are accepted for purchases of regular-priced items with gift-card credits, 1st order discounts, or membership discounts applied.
    • Applicable only for regular-priced items purchased through our website - www.shopcoastberry.com and requested by the original purchasing account. Any of Coastberry's merchandise purchased through third-parties or marketplaces will strictly not be covered
    • All items purchased during sale promotion period, using promotional codes & backorder items will not be eligible for any exchange, return or refund
    • To be initiated within 7 days of receiving the parcel 
    • Email sales@shopcoastberry.com with your order number and invoice details 
    • Item(s) are required to be in its original condition (as received) - with original packaging and logo tags intact. Items have to be unwashed, unworn, unscented and unaltered in any manner.
    • [Bath Towels & Bath Robes] - Please note that due to the nature of the products and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns/exchange for this specific category of products.
    • Exchanges/returns are strictly not applicable for sale, discounted and backorder item(s)
    • Exchanges requested for items purchased during promotional periods are permitted only for reasons related to sizing (i.e: Size doesn't fit) - we are able to assist with a 1-to-1 exchange of the exact same item, in a better-fitting size
    • COASTBERRY reserves the rights to reject any exchanges / returns should the above conditions not be fulfilled
    • If you have received a wrong order / defective or damaged product, kindly reach out to us at sales@shopcoastberry.com for further assistance

  • Returns: 
    • Returns will be processed on a case by case basis, and subject to reasonable grounds
    • All returns will be strictly refunded via store credits. Store credits are to be utilized for future purchases on our website, and strictly not eligible for use on any other 3rd party platforms or marketplaces.
    • All returned store credits are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue - extension is strictly not permitted 
    • An admin fee of SGD 3 will be deducted from the return credits
    • Cost of courier for returns to be borne by customer
    • [Singapore] Cost of courier (SGD 5) for returns to be borne by customer - Coastberry will arrange for pick-up of the item(s) to be returned
    • [Malaysia] Cost of courier (SGD 15) for returns to be borne by customer - Coastberry will arrange for pick-up of the item(s) to be returned
    • All additional costs incurred for the return (admin fee + courier fee) to be fully borne by the customer
    • Kindly make arrangements for the return parcel only after you've received an acknowledgement & approval email/ DM from COASTBERRY
    • Returns that do not fulfil all our conditions upon our final checks will be duly rejected and a fee for redelivery to send the rejected item back to you will be required

  • Exchanges:
    • In the event the size doesn't fit, we'll be glad to assist on a 1-to-1 exchange (not valid for sale items & items purchased with promotional codes)
    • Exchange for a completely different product or design is not permitted - we will process it as a return & a new order can be placed using the refunded credits 
    • Kindly note that only a one-time exchange is allowed per order 
    • Cost of courier / postage fees for exchange to be borne by customer (we will not be imposing any additional charges for the arrangement of courier for the new parcel to be delivered)
    • [Singapore] Cost of courier (SGD 5) for exchange to be borne by customer - Coastberry will arrange for pick-up of the item(s) to be exchanged
    • [Malaysia] Cost of courier (SGD 15) for exchange to be borne by customer - Coastberry will arrange for pick-up of the item(s) to be exchanged
    • Kindly make arrangements for the exchange parcel only after you've received an acknowledgement & approval email/ DM from COASTBERRY
    • Returns that do not fulfil all our conditions upon our final checks will be duly rejected and a fee for redelivery to send the rejected item back to you will be required.
  • Acceptable Tolerances:
    • Please note that the following are NOT considered as defective:
    • Slight colour difference due to varying brightness & screen resolutions across different devices
    • A variance of 1-2 cm in measurements stated on product page
    • Slight production stains, slight imperfections and/or misalignment of seams
    • Loose threads
    • Variance in placement of prints - Exact placement of prints for products with seamless print pattens will be random
    • Defective items that have been returned upon official approval (on a case by case basis) will be eligible for a one-to-one product exchange OR one-time refund in the form of store credits. COASTBERRY's decision is final as to what constitute as a defect for such cases.

  • Return/ Exchange Methods:
    • Coastberry will arrange for pick-up of the item(s) to be returned / exchanged
    • Please ensure that you have attained the approval of our CS team before proceeding with any returns/exchanges. Parcels that are not approved or formally initiated will be rejected. 
SECTION 4 - DISCOUNT CODES & STORE CREDITS
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that all discount codes (wherever applicable) are keyed in upon checkout. Reimbursement will strictly not be provided if the codes are not applied. 
  • Discount codes that are expired will not be valid for any form of extension.
  • Purchases made right before any sale event are not eligible for a refund or cancellation. All sales are final.

  • For usage of store credits to offset the amount from your final total bill, please note that it is not stackable with any form of additional discounts or promotional codes. 
  • If you'd like to utilize store credits for your purchases, kindly remove any existing promotional codes or discounts applied onto the cart to unlock its application. 
SECTION 5 – PREORDER / BACKORDER
  • For orders with preorder / backorder items, please be informed that your order will be shipped after the PO/BO stocks have arrived if standard courier is chosen. Each order will be entitled to a one-time Complimentary Standard Courier split shipment between in-stock and preorder / backorder items if each shipment is above $60 respectively.
  • Split shipping will be charged at $3.90 for each shipment which falls below $60.
  • Additional charges may apply for further arrangements of separate delivery.
  • Estimated waiting time for preorder / backorder items: As indicated on each product listing.
  • Kindly join PO / BO only if you are comfortable with the wait and any unforeseen delays.
  • All PO / BO placed are considered as final, and cancellations are strictly not permitted. 
SECTION 6 – COASTBERRY REWARDS
  • All reward points are non-transferrable and non exchangeable for cash
  • Points can be awarded on Gift Card purchases, but not stackable with any other discount/ birthday codes
  • Reward points cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code.
  • Rewards points are valid for a period of 1 year from date of issuance & will not be reinstated beyond expiry
  • Purchases made using store credits are not eligible for the accumulation of more Coastberry reward points 
  • Birthday month discount is valid only for a one-time redemption within the stipulated time frame
  • Any misuse of the system will be subject to a deactivation of account
  • COASTBERRY reserves the right to remove any customer from our rewards program at any point in time without prior notice

SECTION 8 – PLAGIARISM
All photos and content on our website and social media platforms are original productions of COASTBERRY and the use of our videos or images for personal use or re-sale purposes are strictly not allowed. Persons found liable for such copyright infringements will be strictly dealt with and we will not hesitate to take legal action.
Coastberry reserves all rights to amend the above policy without prior notice.
