Where are you based in?

  • We are based in Singapore, but we ship worldwide!

What are your order processing hours?

  • We process all orders and emails from Monday to Friday, between SGT 9.30am to 5.30pm (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Do i have to register for an account prior to making a purchase?

  • Account registration is not required to make a purchase, but we highly recommend you to do so as an account sign-up would entitle you to a 10% discount off your first purchase!
  • You'll also automatically earn 50 Coastberry reward points! These points can be accumulated to redeem discount vouchers & you'll also be entitled to additional discounts during your birthday month!

What are the available modes of payment?

How do i apply discount codes and credits to my shopping cart?

  • Kindly input the relevant code in the bottom box of the checkout page

Oops! I have forgotten to input the discount codes(s) during the checkout process. Can i be refunded in terms of store credits?

  • Apologies - but no refunds nor exception will be made for such cases. We'd like to remind all customers to check all order details carefully prior to checking out.

I am unable to apply a promo code onto my order. What now?

  • Kindly check on the validity period of the promo code & if you've fulfilled the necessary conditions to unlock it
  • Do ensure that the promo code has not already been utilised in another order

I am unable to apply store credits to offset the amount from the total bill of my order. Why so?

  • Kindly check if there are any existing promo codes or discounts applied onto your order. If so, kindly remove them to unlock the usage of store credits, as store credits are not stackable with any form of discounts. 

I have received a defective / wrong item. What should i do?
