LOCAL (SG) DELIVERY INFORMATION
- All orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 working days upon notification of payment received and verification of payment
- Customers can expect to receive orders within the next 1-3 working days thereafter
- Local orders above $60 are entitled to complimentary standard courier delivery service
- Orders below $60 are subjected to a $3.90 (standard courier) delivery fee
- Hand-delivery service: Available as an option for all 'Gift Set' orders (1 Location per order). Simply make the selection accordingly during checkout

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
- All orders are processed & shipped within 1-2 working days upon notification of payment received and verification of payment
- Kindly note that for international orders, additional taxes or duty fees may apply - subject to local customs. These will be payable by the customer.
- Malaysia:
- All Malaysia orders above SGD$100 are entitled to complimentary standard delivery service
- Standard international shipping to Malaysia involves a duration of about 3-10 working days
- Additional delays to be expected should the parcel be subject to additional custom checks or other unforeseen circumstances
- All Other Countries:
- Parcels will be dispatched to & delivered by J&T international delivery
- Delivery of order can be expected within 5-15 working days
- Additional delays to be expected should the parcel be subject to additional custom checks or other unforeseen circumstances
- DHL Express - For time sensitive international deliveries, we are able to support via DHL express (1-5 working days) - kindly reach out to us via Whatsapp HERE for arrangments.
PREORDER / BACKORDER DELIVERY INFORMATION
For orders with preorder / backorder items, please be informed that your order will be shipped after the PO/BO stocks have arrived if standard courier is chosen. Each order will be entitled to a one-time Complimentary Standard Courier split shipment between in-stock and preorder / backorder items if each shipment is above $60 respectively.
Split shipping will be charged at $3.90 for each shipment which falls below $60.
Additional charges may apply for further arrangements of separate delivery.
Estimated waiting time for preorder / backorder items: As indicated on each product listing. Kindly join PO / BO only if you are comfortable with the wait and any unforeseen delays. All PO / BO placed are considered as final, and cancellations are strictly not permitted.
OTHER IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Due to our speed and efficiency in order processing, kindly ensure that the correct products have been selected prior to checking out your cart. All submitted orders are deemed as final and any amendments will not be entertained to avoid disruption to operations.
